Shipping
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2–3 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
UK Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order size and weight.
At present, we ship within the UK only.
Buttons Haberdashery cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the postal service.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service for customers who wish to collect their order in person.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 working days.
You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready to collect.
Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation.
Collection must be made during our normal opening hours.
If an order is not collected within 14 days, we may contact you to arrange collection or issue a refund (excluding any non-refundable items).
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If not, you may return items under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Cut fabrics, ribbons, trims, and other cut-to-length items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Earrings or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) are non-returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
